FAQ

  • What are the workouts like?

We utilize time-tested exercises and tools to build strength and conditioning. You will experience a main strength movement for the day, assistance exercises to balance your week out, and proven conditioning protocols to develop your aerobic capacity. You can anticipate a functional fitness environment that uses barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable pulleys, and bodyweight movements skillfully chosen for your fitness level.

 

  • I’m a beginner/advanced trainee, is this right for me?

Our training is personalized for the individual, so you will always get the training prescription that you need. The training is built for all experience levels.

 

  • How is this different from personal training?

This is personal training. You will receive the attention, personalization and coaching you would receive in a one-on-one environment, but with a small supportive group on the floor with you. Less small talk, more results.

 

  • How long are the workouts?

Our 50 minute workouts will give you a complete strength and conditioning experience.

 

  • Will I get a meal plan?

We focus on habit change and meet the individual where they are. Most of the time small tweaks are all that is needed to start the journey. Once the foundations of healthy eating habits, daily rhythm, and stress management are laid down you can layer on more complex tools like macros and meal plans.

 

  • What happens after the 6 weeks?

You’ll have the tools and understanding to continue your fitness journey, but we’ll still be a home for you and your continued growth. Stay with your community and coaches to refine the process and live a larger life without limits.
