Tyler Reese

Tyler Reese is a dedicated coach, proud father of two, and lifelong athlete who's done it all — from baseball, football, and rugby to endurance events, Olympic weightlifting, and obstacle course racing. His diverse background fuels his passion for helping others discover their own version of fitness — one that’s fun, sustainable, and empowering.

With certifications including OPEX CCP, CrossFit Level 1, NASM Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1, Precision Nutrition Stress and Sleep Specialist, and USA Weightlifting Level 2, Tyler brings both knowledge and experience to his coaching.

For Tyler, fitness isn’t just about gym gains — it’s a way to stay active outdoors with his family and chase new adventures. Whether he's hiking, climbing, or just doing cool stuff with his kids, Tyler believes fitness should support living life to the fullest — and he's committed to helping others do the same.
